Best Adzooma Alternatives (2026)

By the AdFlint research team · We run live campaigns on these platforms; every screenshot is from our own sessions · Published August 3, 2026 · Updated August 3, 2026

TL;DR

  • Closest overall replacement: Optmyzr. It is the only alternative on this page that keeps Adzooma's Google + Microsoft Ads coverage and goes deeper on audits, monitoring and pre-built rules. We ran it hands-on inside a real trial account (July 30-31 and August 3, 2026). The catch is price and how it is structured: Essentials is $299/mo billed monthly, or $209/mo billed annually, and that is the lowest published tier - Optmyzr's pricing selector starts at $25,000/mo in ad spend and climbs from there (optmyzr.com, checked August 3, 2026). Adzooma's Silver is $69.
  • Best for Meta-first automation: Birch, the tool formerly known as Revealbot - also tested hands-on. Fastest signup of anything we tried (under 2 minutes, no phone, no card), but automated rules are a Pro feature at $99/mo for spend up to $10K - not the $49 Essential plan - and there is no Microsoft Ads support at all. Prices read off its own in-app billing slider at every tier.
  • Want the ads written and launched instead of audited: AdFlint - our product, disclosure up front. Flat fee from $10 to $319/mo by spend cap, Google + Meta only, a human approves every ad before launch, hard budget caps, 7-day free trial, and 0% of your self-serve ad spend.
  • Adzooma itself, for reference: a $0 Free plan, Silver at $69/mo ($700/yr) and Gold at $179/mo ($1,800/yr), covering Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads. Read off adzooma.com's own pricing page on August 3, 2026 - most pages ranking for this query still quote pricing that no longer exists.
  • The Google-only AI newcomers: Groas publishes no pricing at all (7-day trial; its headline claims are stated on its own homepage and are not independently verifiable), and PPC.io is free in a closed beta capped at the first 1,000 waitlist signups, with exactly one of its nine agents live. We have not tested either - both entries are documentation-based and say so.
  • WordStream no longer sells self-serve software. Its site today offers free graders and a demo funnel into LOCALiQ managed services. Any list still ranking 'WordStream Advisor' as an Adzooma alternative is recycling content from years ago.

If you are searching for Adzooma alternatives, you are probably one of the four buyers Adzooma itself names on its homepage: a digital marketing agency, an ecommerce brand, an in-house marketer, or a freelancer. Those four people should not get the same recommendation, yet every page currently ranking for this query hands them one generic ranked list - and almost every one of those pages is written by a vendor placing itself at number one without saying so. Three of the stronger-ranking pages come from small tool vendors, which proves this query is winnable without big-site authority, but not one of them discloses which products it has actually used, and several repeat Adzooma pricing that stopped being true a long time ago.

So, current facts first, read off adzooma.com's own pricing page on August 3, 2026. Adzooma runs a $0 Free plan plus two paid tiers: Silver at $69/mo ($700 billed annually) and Gold at $179/mo ($1,800 annually), covering Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta. The free plan is real but deliberately tight - reports and opportunity analysis run at monthly frequency, you get 3 PPC alerts, a limited number of Opportunities, one SEO profile, one web-metrics profile and a single user seat, though you can connect unlimited ad accounts. The paid jump mostly buys frequency, volume and seats rather than new categories of capability. That shape explains why people leave: the Opportunities engine suggests one-click fixes but stops at suggestions, the automation is lighter than a dedicated rule engine, there is no TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon or LinkedIn coverage, and nothing in the product writes or launches a campaign for you.

One thing worth knowing before you shop: leaving Adzooma is cheap. Everything it touches lives in ad accounts you already own inside Google, Microsoft and Meta, so switching tools does not strand campaigns, history or conversion data the way leaving a managed agency can. What you actually lose is the reporting layer and the alerts. That reframes the whole decision - you are not migrating an asset, you are choosing which layer sits on top of accounts that stay yours either way, which is why 'stay on the free plan' is a real option and why the right question is what job you want the layer to do.

Here is what this page does differently, and it is the whole reason to trust it: we tell you exactly which of these tools we have used and which we have only researched. We created real trial accounts and worked inside exactly two third-party products - Optmyzr and Birch - on July 30-31, 2026 and again on August 3, 2026, going through their signup walls, onboarding wizards, empty states, module menus and in-app billing screens. Everything else on this page, including Adzooma itself, Groas, PPC.io and WordStream, is researched from the vendors' own live pricing and product pages, loaded on August 3, 2026, and every one of those entries says so in plain text. One entry is our own product, and it is labeled.

And instead of one list pretending to fit everyone, the short version maps to Adzooma's own four audiences. Agencies and in-house marketers who live in Google and Microsoft accounts: Optmyzr is the like-for-like upgrade, if your spend justifies a tool priced from the $25K/mo tier. Freelancers and media buyers whose spend lives on Meta: Birch, on the Pro plan, because that is where the rules are. Ecommerce and local business owners who never wanted an audit dashboard in the first place - they wanted the ads done: that is the slice AdFlint exists for. And if you are on Adzooma's free plan and it is not actively hurting you, staying put is a legitimate answer nobody selling software will give you.

01

Optmyzr

Best overall Adzooma replacement

Optmyzr is what Adzooma's Opportunities engine grows up into, and it is one of only two tools on this page we have actually worked inside. Signup asks five mandatory qualification fields and then puts up a phone number and SMS verification wall - no credit card, but you are not getting in anonymously. (Small honesty flag from our session: Optmyzr's own /free-trial/ URL returned a 404, and the in-product banner said 15 days of trial while the marketing site says 14.) After the wall comes a genuinely good five-step wizard: step 2 has you pick exactly three of ten goals, step 3 offers three working modes - including an MCP connector that plugs Optmyzr into Claude or ChatGPT - and step 4 generated an accurate business profile from nothing but a URL in about ten seconds.

The thing that most surprised us, and the thing most relevant to anyone comparison-shopping from Adzooma: Optmyzr lets you into the full application with no ad account connected. That is rare - Birch, by contrast, shows you nothing until you wire up a live account. Every tool that would actually touch a campaign bounced us back to the All Accounts screen until we connected, which is fair, but the navigation, module menus and even the AI assistant all worked. We asked Sidekick 6.3 a real question - Maximize Conversions versus Manual CPC for a lead-gen account - while completely unconnected, and it answered correctly and conservatively: fix conversion tracking first, run Maximize Conversions on core lead campaigns, keep Manual CPC as the fallback at low volume, with a rule of thumb of 3-5 conversions per week before trusting automated bidding. That is a defensible answer a good consultant would give.

The module map explains what you are paying for relative to Adzooma. Audits & Insights covers PPC Investigator, Spend Projection, Account Health & Audits, Ads & Creatives Analysis, Performance Trend & Forecasting, Search Term Analysis, Competitive & Auction Insights and Shopping - that is Adzooma's Opportunities tab rebuilt as a professional audit suite. Monitor covers KPI Tracking & Alerts, an Anomaly Detector script, a Sale Day Command Center, Auto Budget Tracking & Alerts and a Landing Page URL Checker - Adzooma's alerts, several levels deeper. Workflows ship as 'Account Blueprints' including AI-generated ones, and the Rule Engine comes with pre-built strategies across Google, Microsoft and Amazon Ads - during our session that included two new Performance Max placement-exclusion strategies for gaming and kids-app placements. The integration list we saw in-app runs to eleven: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, HubSpot, Search Ads 360 and Yahoo Japan.

Who is this for? Two different numbers answer that, and it is worth keeping them apart. Optmyzr's signup qualification form brackets you from 'Under $10,000/mo' to '$500,000+', so it will happily take a smaller advertiser. Its pricing is a separate story: it is tiered by monthly ad spend, and the selector on its public pricing page starts at $25,000/mo - which is the tier the $299 headline belongs to - with overage fees if you run past your tier (optmyzr.com, checked August 3, 2026). Read the pricing, not the signup form, as the signal of who it is built for: in-house marketers and agencies with real spend, not $500/mo experimenters. One more detail we respected from our own session: the optional MCC-link dialog makes you type CONNECT to proceed, warns that Google auto-emails everyone with access to the account, and states it is not recommended for agencies without explicit client approval. A tool that slows you down before a consequential connect step is a tool taking your account seriously.

Optmyzr's Audits & Insights module menu inside a trial account
Optmyzr's Audits & Insights menu, captured inside our own trial account (July 30-31, 2026). This module is the closest analog to Adzooma's Opportunities tab - and the clearest picture of the depth gap between them.

Pros

  • + Full application access with no ad account connected - rare, and ideal for evaluating before you hand over an account (Birch shows you nothing until you connect)
  • + Keeps and extends Adzooma's Google + Microsoft coverage, and reaches Amazon Ads - the only tool here that does, though Amazon is sold as a separately priced product
  • + Audit, monitoring and rule-engine depth Adzooma does not approach, including pre-built PMax placement-exclusion strategies
  • + Sidekick AI gave a correct, conservative answer to a real bidding question in our test - it did not bluff
  • + MCP connector for Claude/ChatGPT offered as a first-class working mode during onboarding

Cons

  • The price jump is real and tiered: $299/mo billed monthly ($209/mo annually) is the lowest published tier, priced at $25,000/mo in ad spend, versus Adzooma's $69 Silver - and it climbs with spend, with overage fees past your tier
  • Phone number + SMS verification wall before you see anything, and five mandatory qualification fields
  • Search-first DNA: Meta and LinkedIn are integrations, not the center of gravity - a Meta-heavy account is better served by Birch
  • Small trust frictions we hit ourselves: the /free-trial/ URL 404s, and the in-app banner said 15 trial days while marketing says 14
  • It optimizes what exists - like Adzooma, it will not write and launch a campaign from scratch for you

Ideal for

  • In-house marketers running Google + Microsoft accounts who have outgrown Adzooma's Opportunities
  • Agencies that need audits, monitoring and blueprints across many client accounts
  • Accounts with enough spend to justify a tool whose pricing selector starts at the $25,000/mo tier
  • Anyone who wants to evaluate the real product before connecting an ad account

Pricing: Essentials $299/mo billed monthly, $209/mo billed annually (annual advertised as a 30% saving), read from optmyzr.com's pricing page on August 3, 2026. Pricing is tiered by monthly ad spend and the tier selector starts at $25,000/mo, running past $500K+, with overage fees if you exceed your tier; Amazon Ads is sold as a separate product. Premium and Enterprise sit above Essentials. 14-day free trial, no credit card - though the in-product banner we saw said 15 days - and phone + SMS verification is required. Signup's own spend-qualification brackets run from 'Under $10,000/mo' to '$500,000+', which is a different scale from the pricing tiers.

Birch (formerly Revealbot)

Best for Meta-first automation

Birch is the second tool on this page we tested hands-on, and the first thing to know is purely practical: Revealbot rebranded, and the old paths are dead. Both revealbot.com and bir.ch/signup returned 404s in our sessions - the working signup is app.bir.ch/signup. Once we found it, Birch delivered the fastest onboarding of anything we tried: under two minutes from landing to a logged-in screen, no phone number, no credit card. If Optmyzr's wall annoyed you, this is the opposite experience.

Then comes the trade Adzooma users should understand before switching: Birch gates everything on connecting a live ad account. There is no sandbox, no demo data, and the rule builder - the reason you came - is entirely inaccessible until you wire up a real account. Its empty state shows you exactly three action types (increase bid, duplicate, notify) and nothing more. Where Optmyzr let us roam the full app unconnected, Birch showed us a locked door. That is a defensible security posture, but it means you cannot meaningfully evaluate Birch without committing an account to it.

Birch is now three products, not one. The rules engine is the Revealbot core: automated rules across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. Stage is a bulk-creative pipeline - a planning Google Sheet plus Drive folders that turn into bulk ad launches for Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, with read-only Drive access. Hub is a Signals Gateway product for server-side, first-party conversion tracking. The integration list we saw in-app covers Meta, Google Ads and Google Drive, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Slack, AppsFlyer, Adjust (beta), Hyros and Wicked Reports - and note carefully what is missing: no Microsoft Ads, no Amazon, no LinkedIn. If your Adzooma account manages Microsoft campaigns, Birch is a strict downgrade on coverage.

Pricing we read directly off Birch's own in-app billing slider at every tier, and the fine print matters more than the headline. The $49/mo Essential plan does not include automated rules - rules are Pro-only, along with Explorer, Launcher, Stage, custom audiences and the Sheets, AppsFlyer and Hyros integrations. So the real entry price for the feature Adzooma users are shopping for is $99/mo at the lowest spend tier, climbing with spend. Overages are billed via Stripe, annual billing gets you 12 months for the price of 11, and the trial is 14 days - on expiry, rules and reports are disabled.

Birch's rule builder locked behind connecting a live ad account
The moment that defines evaluating Birch, captured in our trial (July 30-31, 2026): the rule builder stays locked until you connect a live ad account. No sandbox, no demo data.

Pros

  • + Fastest signup we tested: under two minutes to a logged-in screen, no phone, no credit card
  • + Covers TikTok and Snapchat, which Adzooma does not - plus Stage's sheet-to-bulk-ads pipeline for creative volume
  • + Hub adds server-side first-party tracking, a category Adzooma does not touch at all
  • + Transparent spend-tiered pricing readable in-app before you pay anything

Cons

  • No Microsoft Ads, no Amazon, no LinkedIn - leaving Adzooma with Microsoft campaigns rules Birch out immediately
  • Automated rules are not in the $49 Essential plan; the feature you came for starts at $99/mo Pro (spend up to $10K) and climbs with spend
  • Hard gate on a live ad account with no sandbox or demo data - you cannot evaluate the rule builder before committing an account
  • The software bill scales with ad spend even when your workload does not, with overages billed via Stripe
  • Post-rebrand link rot is real: revealbot.com and bir.ch/signup both 404ed on us - use app.bir.ch/signup

Ideal for

  • Freelancers and media buyers whose spend lives on Meta, TikTok or Snapchat
  • Adzooma users who specifically outgrew its automation and want a full rule engine
  • Ecommerce teams pushing creative volume through Stage's sheet-to-ads flow
  • Anyone allergic to phone-wall signups - Birch asks for nothing

Pricing: Read off Birch's own in-app billing slider, July-August 2026, tiered by monthly ad spend: up to $10K - Essential $49/mo, Pro $99/mo (annual $540/$1,090); up to $30K - $149/$249 (annual $1,640/$2,740); up to $75K - $299/$499 (annual $3,290/$5,490); up to $150K - $499/$799 (annual $5,490/$8,790); up to $300K - Pro only at $1,299/mo (annual $14,290, no Essential); $500K+ - Enterprise only. Automated rules require Pro. Annual = 12 months for 11. 14-day trial; on expiry rules and reports are disabled.

AdFlint

Best for ecommerce and local businesses that want the ads done, not auditedOur product — disclosure

AdFlint is our product - disclosure first, and here is exactly why it sits at rank 3: if you came to this page wanting a better version of Adzooma's audit-and-suggest dashboard, Optmyzr and Birch are the literal answers, and we ranked them accordingly. AdFlint is for the person who realizes, somewhere into their third month of clicking through Opportunities, that they never wanted a dashboard at all. Adzooma tells you what to fix. AdFlint writes the ads, launches the campaigns in your own Google and Meta accounts, and optimizes them - with a human approval step before anything goes live.

The fastest way to judge it is the live public demo, which anyone can run without an account: given the prompt 'mobile detailing in Los Angeles,' it wrote, graded and rewrote an ad in about 22 seconds, producing a finished Google search ad and a Meta feed preview and self-grading the result 8.7/10 across four drafts. That is a demo, not a performance claim - we are deliberate about that distinction. AdFlint is a young product and we have not published sustained live-spend results, so you will not find ROAS numbers, vertical case studies or client results here, and you should distrust young tools that show them.

The account model is the part we designed against the industry default. You connect your own ad account via one-click OAuth - AdFlint never owns it, your card pays Google and Meta directly, and on self-serve plans we take 0% of your ad spend. Hard budget caps mean the system cannot outspend what you set, and every ad requires your approval before launch. Pricing is a flat ladder by spend cap: Starter $10/mo (up to $100/mo ad spend), Launch $40 ($1,000), Growth $89 ($2,500), Scale $109 ($5,000), Accelerate $119 ($10,000), Performance $219 ($20,000), Premium $319 ($30,000), custom above that. A done-for-you Managed tier starts at a $249/mo floor plus a share of managed spend. Entry is a 7-day free trial; the free tier that exists after trial is a $0-fee, $0-spend-cap fallback state, not a plan we will pretend is a product.

The honest cons: AdFlint covers Google and Meta only. If your Adzooma account runs Microsoft Advertising campaigns - one of Adzooma's genuine strengths - AdFlint cannot take them, full stop, and Optmyzr is the better move. It has no rule builder, by design, so a Birch power user will find it constraining. And it is young: there is no third-party review base to check us against yet, which is exactly why this page tells you what we have and have not tested rather than asking you to trust adjectives.

AdFlint's live demo output: a written and graded Google search ad with a Meta feed preview
Output of AdFlint's live public demo: from the prompt 'mobile detailing in Los Angeles' to a written, graded and rewritten ad in about 22 seconds. A demo anyone can run - not a performance claim.

Pros

  • + Does the work instead of suggesting it: writes, launches and optimizes campaigns, where Adzooma stops at one-click suggestions
  • + Flat fee from $10/mo with 0% of self-serve ad spend - the bill does not climb because your budget did
  • + You own everything: your ad account via OAuth, your card paying the platforms directly, full history if you leave
  • + Human approval on every ad plus hard budget caps - automation cannot outspend what you set
  • + 7-day free trial, and a public demo that shows the core loop in ~22 seconds before you sign up for anything

Cons

  • Google and Meta only - no Microsoft Advertising, which Adzooma covers and which rules AdFlint out for some Adzooma users
  • No rule builder or audit dashboard; ex-Adzooma users who liked driving the tools themselves will find it opaque by comparison
  • Young product: no sustained live-spend track record, no vertical case studies, and effectively no third-party review presence yet
  • No TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn or Amazon either - multi-channel teams need something else
  • The post-trial free tier has a $0 ad-spend cap - it is a fallback state, not a usable free plan like Adzooma's

Ideal for

  • Ecommerce store owners who want Google + Meta campaigns produced and managed, not a list of fixes to apply themselves
  • Local and service businesses without a media buyer on staff
  • Adzooma free-plan users who realized the dashboard was homework they never wanted
  • Budget-capped operators who need a guarantee the software cannot overspend

Pricing: Flat self-serve ladder, August 2026: Starter $10/mo (up to $100/mo ad spend), Launch $40 ($1,000), Growth $89 ($2,500), Scale $109 ($5,000), Accelerate $119 ($10,000), Performance $219 ($20,000), Premium $319 ($30,000), custom above. 0% of self-serve ad spend. Managed done-for-you from a $249/mo floor plus a share of managed spend. 7-day free trial; post-trial free tier is a $0-fee, $0-spend-cap fallback state.

Groas

Best for Google-only ecommerce experimenting with AI landing pages

Researched, not tested: we have not run Groas, and everything here comes from its own website, loaded August 3, 2026. (Practical note: groas.ai now 301-redirects to www.groas.com - we followed that redirect ourselves.) Groas bills itself as the AI agent for Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads, and it is the most aggressive product concept on this page. Its published agent lineup is Conversion Copy Agents, Budgeting Agents, Search Intent Agents, Opportunity Discovery Agents and Optimization Agents, plus Dynamic Landing Pages that adapt to a visitor's search intent. If it works as described, that is a genuinely different category from Adzooma - it is touching your website, not just your campaigns.

The claims on its homepage are large and they are its own: copy 'Trained on $500B+ in Profitable Google Ads spend,' ad and landing page copy 'that converts at 2-3x industry average,' and 'Spending $100m+ On Google Per Year For 500+ Businesses & Agencies,' alongside a pitch that its agents optimize 168hrs/week (24/7) against a human's 40. We have not tested any of it and neither can you before signing up, because Groas publishes no pricing - the only public commitment is a 7-day free trial, with separate landing pages for businesses and for agencies. On a page whose whole premise is disclosure, an unpublished price is a real demerit: every other self-serve tool here shows you a number.

Where it fits an Adzooma migration: only if you are Google-only. Despite the ChatGPT Ads framing in its headline, the substance on the site is Google Ads - there is no Meta support, which Adzooma has, and no Microsoft either. For most Adzooma users, Groas is a channel downgrade traded for deeper Google-plus-landing-page automation. For a Google-heavy ecommerce store willing to trial an opaque price for a week, the concept is interesting enough to look at. Go in knowing you are evaluating claims, not audited results.

Pros

  • + Only tool here that extends optimization onto the landing page itself, adapting pages to search intent
  • + Agent lineup spans copy, budgeting, search intent, opportunity discovery and ongoing optimization in one product
  • + 7-day free trial with dedicated business and agency tracks
  • + Early positioning around ChatGPT ad placements, ahead of most of this market - though the shipped substance today is Google Ads

Cons

  • No public pricing anywhere on the site (checked August 3, 2026) - you cannot budget for it before signing up
  • Google Ads only: no Meta and no Microsoft, both of which Adzooma covers
  • Homepage claims ($500B+ training spend, 2-3x conversion, $100m+/yr managed for 500+ businesses) are the vendor's own and not independently verifiable
  • We have not tested it - this entry is documentation-based, and no ranking page we found for this query has tested it either

Ideal for

  • Google-only ecommerce stores curious about intent-adaptive landing pages
  • Teams already convinced their landing page, not their bids, is the constraint
  • Advertisers comfortable trialing before seeing a price

Pricing: Not published on groas.com as of August 3, 2026 (groas.ai 301-redirects there). 7-day free trial advertised; separate business and agency tracks. You will not see a number until you engage - factor that into how much evaluation time you give it.

PPC.io

Best free audit second opinion, while the beta lasts

Researched, not tested: this entry comes from ppc.io's own site and pricing page, loaded August 3, 2026. PPC.io is the narrowest overlap with Adzooma on this page, and that narrowness is the point: it is specialist AI agents that audit accounts, find waste and surface opportunities - Adzooma's Opportunities tab rebuilt as AI agents, with no management layer attached. Nine agents are promised; as of our check exactly one is live (the Wasted Spend Agent), with Ad Copy Analyst, Competitive Intelligence, Keyword Research, Landing Page Analyzer, Negative Keyword Finder, PMax Advisor, Shopping Auditor and a Weekly Audit Agent all marked coming soon.

Two things make it worth a rank despite the beta status. First, the price of finding out is zero: it is free during the closed beta with no credit card, though entry is a waitlist the site says is capped at the first 1,000 people. Second, its cost model is the most transparent on this page - you bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, and the site states model usage is billed to you directly at provider cost rather than marked up as credits or a percentage of ad spend. Published post-beta plans are Starter $49/mo (1 ad account, 1 user), Agency $149/mo (25 accounts, 5 users, extra seats $9/mo) and Agency Pro $399/mo (unlimited accounts and users), with all plans including every agent, Account Memory and its skills library. There is also a separate AI Consulting service listed at $3,000/mo for teams that want humans.

Against Adzooma, know what you are not getting: it is Google Ads only today, with Meta on the roadmap for Q3 2026, GA4 for Q4 2026, LinkedIn and TikTok listed for 2027 and Shopify/CRM as TBD - roadmap dates, not shipped features, and Microsoft Ads is not on that roadmap at all. It audits; it does not apply changes, run rules, or launch anything. Treat it the way its own product design suggests: a free second-opinion audit to run alongside whatever you actually manage campaigns with, and a tool to re-evaluate if the other eight agents ship.

Pros

  • + Free during closed beta with no credit card - the cheapest possible way to get an AI audit of a Google Ads account
  • + Radically transparent cost model: BYO OpenAI/Anthropic key billed at provider cost, no token markup, no percentage of spend
  • + Published, specific post-beta pricing ($49/$149/$399/mo), with every agent included on every plan - rarer than it should be in this market
  • + Clear roadmap with dates, so you can judge it on what ships

Cons

  • One of nine promised agents is live as of August 3, 2026 - you are mostly buying a roadmap
  • Google Ads only today; Meta is a Q3 2026 roadmap item, and Microsoft Ads is not on the roadmap at all
  • Audit-only: it will not apply a change, run a rule, or launch an ad - it cannot replace Adzooma's management surface
  • Closed beta with a waitlist the site caps at the first 1,000 people - you may not get in when you want to
  • We have not tested it - documentation-based entry

Ideal for

  • Anyone who wants a free second-opinion audit on a Google Ads account right now
  • Agencies watching the space for a cheap multi-account audit layer once more agents ship
  • Solo consultants who already pay for OpenAI or Anthropic API access

Pricing: Free during closed beta, no credit card, waitlist entry capped at the first 1,000 people (ppc.io, checked August 3, 2026); you connect your own OpenAI/Anthropic API key and pay model usage at provider cost. Published post-beta plans: Starter $49/mo (1 ad account, 1 user), Agency $149/mo (25 accounts, 5 users, +$9/mo per extra seat), Agency Pro $399/mo (unlimited). Separate AI Consulting service listed at $3,000/mo.

WordStream (by LOCALiQ)

Cautionary entry: the software no longer exists

This entry exists to save you time, because WordStream appears on nearly every Adzooma-alternatives list still ranking - and the product those lists describe is gone. Researched, not tested: we loaded wordstream.com on August 3, 2026, and there is no self-serve PPC management software for sale anywhere on it. No WordStream Advisor, no software pricing page. What the site offers today is a set of genuinely free tools - the Google Ads Performance Grader, Facebook Ads Performance Grader, Free Keyword Tool, Website Grader and a ROAS calculator - and a demo funnel into LOCALiQ, its parent brand's technology-backed marketing solutions, with no pricing displayed.

That makes 'WordStream vs Adzooma' a category error in 2026. Adzooma is software you operate; LOCALiQ is a managed service you hire, priced by demo, closer to the agency model than to anything else on this page. Its homepage leads with its own scale claims - 279M leads delivered, $15.9B in revenue generated - which are the vendor's numbers, not audited ones, and are the kind of figure a software comparison cannot use. If a ranking page presents WordStream as a self-serve Adzooma alternative with a feature table, you are reading recycled content - and it is a useful tell for how much to trust the rest of that page.

What is still worth taking: the free graders. The Google Ads Performance Grader in particular remains a reasonable zero-cost second opinion on an account - it scores areas including wasted spend, Quality Score and click-through rate - and running it costs you an email address, not a migration. And if reading this far has clarified that you do not want software at all - you want someone else accountable for the account - then compare LOCALiQ against agencies and done-for-you services on service quality and fees, which is a different comparison with different questions, starting with who owns the ad account when you leave.

Pros

  • + The free graders are genuinely free and still useful as a second-opinion audit
  • + LOCALiQ has the scale and history that most tools on this page lack, if a managed service is what you actually want
  • + WordStream's educational content and free keyword tool remain useful zero-cost PPC resources

Cons

  • There is no software to buy: no self-serve PPC management product exists on wordstream.com as of August 3, 2026
  • LOCALiQ pricing is demo-gated - no numbers without a sales conversation
  • Moving from Adzooma to LOCALiQ is not a tool swap, it is hiring a vendor - a completely different commitment
  • Its continued presence on alternative lists is a marker of recycled content, not current relevance

Ideal for

How we chose.

Hands-on scope, stated exactly: we created real trial accounts and worked inside two third-party products - Optmyzr and Birch - on July 30-31, 2026 and again on August 3, 2026. That covered signup flows and their walls, onboarding wizards, empty and unconnected states, module and tool menus, integration lists, and in-app pricing and billing screens, including reading Birch's price ladder off its own in-app billing slider at every spend tier. Optmyzr's prices come from its public pricing page, not from inside the app.

We did not run paid campaigns through any third-party tool on this page. Hands-on here means product access and observed behavior, not spend performance - so this page contains no ROAS or performance claims for any tool, our own included. We have never run campaigns in any specific vertical, and nothing here should be read as vertical experience.

Every other product - Adzooma itself, Groas, PPC.io, and WordStream/LOCALiQ - we have not tested. Those entries are built from each vendor's own live pricing and product pages, loaded on August 3, 2026, and each entry says 'researched, not tested' in its own text rather than burying it here.

All prices are quoted as displayed, with the date we read them, and every researched price on this page was re-checked against the vendor's own pricing page on August 3, 2026. Where a vendor publishes no pricing, we say 'no public pricing' instead of guessing from third-party review sites. Where a headline price applies only at a specific spend tier - as Optmyzr's does - we say which tier.

There are no review quotes on this page. We could not reach and verify attributable public reviews for every entry, so rather than paraphrase review-site blurbs for some tools and not others, we left quotes out entirely.

Disclosure: AdFlint is our product. It appears at rank 3, behind both hands-on-tested like-for-like Adzooma replacements, because if you came here wanting a better audit-and-optimize dashboard, those two are the literal answer to your query - AdFlint is the escape hatch from dashboards altogether, and it only deserves your attention if that is what you actually want. Its cons list is as blunt as everyone else's.

  • Measured against Adzooma's actual job - audits and Opportunities, alerts, light automation across Google, Microsoft and Meta - not against a generic 'PPC tools' template. Anything that could not plausibly absorb one of those jobs did not make the list.
  • Hands-on beats brochure: the two products we ran (Optmyzr and Birch, July 30-31 and August 3, 2026) are ranked on what we observed inside them; researched entries are ranked only on what their own pages commit to in writing, and each one says which it is.
  • Platform coverage scored against Adzooma's own set. Microsoft Ads is the silent filter in this market: keep Microsoft campaigns and your real shortlist is Optmyzr or staying on Adzooma - and we say so rather than burying it in a table footnote.
  • Real cost of the feature you actually want, not the entry price: Birch's $49 plan does not include automated rules, Adzooma's paid jump mostly buys frequency and seats, and Optmyzr's $299 headline is the lowest tier of a spend-tiered ladder that starts at $25K/mo in ad spend. Every price on this page was read off the vendor's own page or billing screen and dated.
  • Switching cost weighed honestly: because Adzooma sits on ad accounts you already own, moving tools does not strand campaigns or history. That lowers the bar for trying something - and raises the bar for anything that asks you to hand over account ownership.
  • Recommendations mapped to Adzooma's own four named audiences - agencies, ecommerce brands, in-house marketers, freelancers - because one ranked list cannot serve all four honestly. Undisclosed self-interest and vapor are penalized: unpublished pricing, 'coming soon' feature lists and discontinued software are all named as what they are, and our own entry carries the same treatment, a visible disclosure and rank 3.

Common questions.

What is the closest like-for-like Adzooma alternative?

Optmyzr. It is the only tool on this page that keeps Adzooma's Google + Microsoft Advertising coverage and rebuilds Adzooma's core loop - audit, suggest, monitor - at professional depth, with Amazon Ads available as a separate product on top. We tested it hands-on (July 30-31 and August 3, 2026): the Audits & Insights suite is Adzooma's Opportunities tab several levels deeper, and the Monitor module is its alerts grown up. The honest catch is cost and how it is structured. Essentials is $299/mo billed monthly or $209/mo annually, and that is the lowest published tier - Optmyzr's pricing is tiered by ad spend and its selector starts at $25,000/mo, with overage fees past your tier (optmyzr.com, checked August 3, 2026). Against Adzooma's $69 Silver, that is a professional tool priced for professional spend, plus a phone + SMS wall at signup.

Is Adzooma still free?

Yes. As of August 3, 2026, adzooma.com's pricing page shows a $0 Free plan plus Silver at $69/mo ($700 billed annually) and Gold at $179/mo ($1,800 annually), all covering Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads. The free plan's limits are the reason people upgrade or leave: monthly-frequency PPC and SEO reports, monthly opportunity analysis, 3 PPC alerts, a limited number of Opportunities, one SEO profile, one web-metrics profile and a single user seat - though you can connect unlimited ad accounts. If those limits are not actively hurting you, staying on the free plan is a legitimate option no vendor-written alternatives page will recommend.

Which Adzooma alternatives support Microsoft Ads?

Only one on this list: Optmyzr. Birch covers Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat but has no Microsoft, Amazon or LinkedIn support. AdFlint (our product) is Google + Meta only. Groas and PPC.io are Google-only today - Microsoft is not even on PPC.io's published roadmap. This is the most underreported filter in this market: if Microsoft Advertising campaigns matter to your business, your realistic choices are Optmyzr or staying on Adzooma, and any alternatives list that does not say so has not checked.

What happened to Revealbot, and why do its links 404?

Revealbot rebranded to Birch and moved to bir.ch, and the migration left broken paths: in our hands-on sessions (July 30-31 and August 3, 2026) both revealbot.com and bir.ch/signup returned 404s. The working signup is app.bir.ch/signup, and from there it took under two minutes to a logged-in screen with no phone or card. Two things to know before trialing: the product is fully gated until you connect a live ad account (no sandbox or demo data), and automated rules are Pro-only - $99/mo at the lowest spend tier, not the advertised $49 Essential.

Is WordStream still an alternative to Adzooma?

Not as software. As of August 3, 2026, wordstream.com sells no self-serve PPC management product - WordStream Advisor is gone. The site now offers free tools (Google Ads Performance Grader, Facebook Ads Performance Grader, Free Keyword Tool, Website Grader, a ROAS calculator) and a demo funnel into LOCALiQ managed services with no displayed pricing. The free graders are still worth running as a second-opinion audit. But any page ranking 'WordStream' beside Adzooma with a software feature table is recycling content from years ago - treat that as a signal about the rest of its claims.

Can I evaluate any of these tools without connecting my ad account?

This split surprised us in testing. Optmyzr: yes, unusually - it let us into the full application with no ad account connected, and its Sidekick assistant correctly answered a real Maximize-Conversions-versus-Manual-CPC question while unconnected (tools that would touch a campaign bounced back to All Accounts, reasonably). Birch: no - everything including the rule builder is locked until you connect a live account, with no sandbox or demo data. AdFlint: you can run the public demo with no account at all; it writes and grades a real ad in about 22 seconds. PPC.io is waitlist-gated, and Groas publishes no pricing and asks you to start its 7-day trial - we have not tested either, so we cannot tell you what is behind those doors.

Which alternative is best for an ecommerce store?

It depends on whether you want to drive or be driven. If you have a media buyer and Meta-heavy spend, Birch Pro is the strongest operator's tool here - its Stage pipeline turns a planning sheet into bulk ads for Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. If you are Google-only and suspect your landing pages are the constraint, Groas is the interesting unknown (unpublished pricing, 7-day trial, and we have not run it). If you are the owner and nobody on staff runs ads, that is the case our own AdFlint is built for - disclosure, it is our product: it writes and launches Google + Meta campaigns in your own account for a flat $10-$319/mo, with approval on every ad and hard budget caps, so the store's ad spend cannot run away unattended.

Do any of these tools connect to ChatGPT or Claude?

Two, in very different ways. Optmyzr offers an MCP connector as one of three working modes during onboarding - we saw it first-hand in the setup wizard - letting you drive Optmyzr from Claude or ChatGPT rather than its own UI. PPC.io inverts the relationship: you bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key and its audit agents bill your key at provider cost, with no token markup. We found no comparable connector documented on adzooma.com. If managing ads from a chat interface is the draw, Optmyzr is the only shipping implementation we have actually seen working.
