1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdFlint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdFlint is an AI-powered advertising management platform that enables users to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn. Additional platform integrations may be marked as coming soon or added over time. We act as an intermediary, running ads on your behalf through our verified platform accounts.
3. Account Registration
To use AdFlint, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits and Payment
AdFlint offers three subscription tiers: Free ($0/month, up to $100 monthly ad-spend cap), Pro ($20/month, up to $1,000), and Enterprise (custom pricing, unlimited monthly ad spend with a dedicated account manager). You also purchase ad credits separately to fund the actual ad spend. Ad credits are applied at face value with no markup on what reaches the ad platforms. A small processing fee applies to credit purchases.
- Credits are non-refundable once used to fund an active campaign
- Unused credits in your account balance may be refunded upon request within 30 days of purchase
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
5. Advertising Content
You agree that all advertising content submitted through AdFlint:
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Does not contain misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent claims
- Complies with the advertising policies of the target platforms (currently Google, Meta, and LinkedIn)
- Does not promote prohibited products or services including but not limited to illegal substances, weapons, or discriminatory content
We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertising content that violates these terms or platform policies.
6. AI-Generated Content
AdFlint uses AI to generate ad copy suggestions and optimize campaigns. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all ad content before campaigns go live. AdFlint is not liable for performance outcomes of AI-generated content.
Some optimization features require separate opt-in. If you enable Google ad-strength auto-optimization, you authorize AdFlint to edit Google Search ad headlines and descriptions after launch to improve ad strength. This feature is available on Pro and higher plans, runs at most two times per campaign, and does not authorize changes to budget, targeting, landing page, selected platforms, or schedule.
7. Campaign Performance
AdFlint does not guarantee specific advertising results, including impressions, clicks, conversions, or return on ad spend. Campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, ad quality, and platform algorithms. Analytics and metrics provided are for informational purposes and may have slight variations from platform-reported numbers.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AdFlint to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Engage in click fraud or artificially inflate advertising metrics
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit to AdFlint. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of running your advertising campaigns. The AdFlint platform, including its design, features, and technology, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdFlint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AdFlint in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, any active campaigns will be paused and remaining credits may be refunded at our discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of AdFlint after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
