Plays a video in feed, Stories, or Reels, usually auto-muted, with sound available if the viewer taps or has audio enabled.
Meta serves the file into whichever placement wins the auction, so one upload can appear as a 4:5 feed clip and a 9:16 vertical unit. Reach for it when the offer needs demonstration or context that a still cannot carry. The usual mistake is designing for sound-on viewing: without burned-in captions and a visual hook in the first seconds, most of the audience never learns what you sell.
