You pay when someone watches a set portion, watches to the end, or interacts, so a skip costs you nothing beyond the impression. This is the workhorse YouTube format for both prospecting and direct response, and it carries no hard length limit. Front-load the message rather than building to a reveal, because most of the audience decides during the unskippable opening seconds.
