Clicks you received divided by the clicks the platform estimates you could have received in the same auctions, a click-side counterpart to impression share.
Because it reflects appearing and being chosen together, it can fall while impression share holds steady, which is the signature of ads that show but do not attract. It is an estimate, reported on Search and Shopping. The common misreading is reading it as market share of every click in your category rather than of your own eligible auctions.
