Account ownership
What you own, what AdFlint manages, and what you can export
AdFlint is built around managed ad accounts. That makes launching easier, but it should also be clear what happens to your data if you ever leave.
How managed accounts work
AdFlint launches campaigns through managed Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn ad accounts. That is why customers can start without account setup, billing setup, platform verification, or account warmup.
What you can take with you
You can export the campaign information and performance history that belongs in your business records. The goal is simple: if you leave AdFlint, you should not lose visibility into what ran, what it cost, and how it performed.
What stays with the platform accounts
Some things are controlled by the ad networks themselves. Account-level learning history, billing relationships, platform account IDs, policy history, and some audience signals usually cannot be moved into a new ad account.
Ownership map
The short version of what is portable and what is not.
AdFlint account and dashboard data
You control it
Your campaigns, reports, conversion events, wallet history, and exports are tied to your AdFlint login.
Managed Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ad accounts
AdFlint operates them
Campaigns run inside AdFlint-managed platform accounts so you do not need to create or connect your own ad accounts.
Ad creative and campaign setup
Portable
You can export the copy, setup, targeting, URLs, budgets, schedules, and performance history needed to recreate campaigns elsewhere.
Platform learning history and account-level signals
Not directly portable
Google, Meta, and LinkedIn generally do not let account history, auction learning, billing relationships, or managed account IDs transfer into a separate account.
Exportable data
- Campaign names, objectives, budgets, schedules, and selected platforms
- Generated and edited ad copy, headlines, descriptions, URLs, and creative metadata
- Targeting settings, including locations, audience notes, keywords, and interests
- Performance history: impressions, clicks, spend, CPC, CTR, and conversion events
- Credit purchases, wallet transactions, refunds, and campaign spend records
Important limitation
Exporting your data is not the same as transferring the underlying platform ad account. If you want to move to your own Google, Meta, or LinkedIn account later, your campaign setup and history can guide the rebuild, but the ad networks may require campaigns, pixels, billing, audiences, and learning history to start fresh.
